Some features of our services require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The REV AI Sales Trainer offers multiple subscription tiers. Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

All content, materials, software, branding, methodologies, training scenarios, assessment frameworks, and other intellectual property provided through Revfinery's services are owned by Revfinery LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
Downloadable resources (such as guides and templates) are provided for your personal or internal business use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without our consent.
Participation in the Talent Network or Bench programs is subject to meeting eligibility criteria, including minimum assessment scores and application approval. Revfinery does not guarantee placement, employment, or specific project assignments. Professionals accepted into the Bench program operate as independent contractors, not employees of Revfinery.
By participating in these programs, you consent to Revfinery sharing your professional profile, assessment scores, and relevant skills data with prospective clients or employers for the purpose of matching you with opportunities.
The REV AI Sales Trainer provides simulated practice scenarios and AI-generated feedback for educational purposes. AI-generated responses, scores, and recommendations are tools for learning and improvement — they do not constitute professional advice. Results may vary, and Revfinery does not guarantee specific career or revenue outcomes from use of the platform.
Consulting services, including diagnostics and fractional CRO engagements, are governed by separate statements of work or engagement agreements. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreements. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revfinery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Revfinery in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revfinery LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
