I built Revfinery because I've lived inside the chaos of sales teams. I've led people who did everything right and still watched it not work — real talent, running the right plays, missing the number anyway.

I'm trained in all the right methodologies, and over time I realized the problem isn't the methods. The system around them is broken. Most companies don't actually know why things get sold — so decisions get made on leaks and untruths.

The cost runs both ways: founders can't build great ideas because they're missing the talent, and good talent gets let go for problems that were never theirs. Revfinery exists to fix that for both.
